BACKGROUND
Adam is one of Australia’s most decorated high performance coaches and physiotherapists, with over 30 years in elite sport and 20+ years of clinical physiotherapy. He has served as Australia’s National 4x100m coach for 11 years, guiding athletes through Olympic Games, World Championships, and Commonwealth Games across 13+ countries.
ROLE AT HIPA
Adam founded HIPA in 2010 to bring elite sport rigour into workplace health. As Managing Director, he sets the standard for every program HIPA delivers — drawing on his experience coaching at the highest international level and treating elite athletes. His dual expertise as physiotherapist and high-performance coach means HIPA’s programs are built on real sport science, not theory.
